Our conference and catering facility is available to groups (up to 45 people) who require exclusive use for conferences, group meetings, team building, dining purposes and more.

We are conveniently located away from traffic noise and the sulphur smell, approximately 6 kilometres from Rotorua’s central city. Being under an hour's drive from Taupo, Whakatane and Tauranga also makes us a great location when you have delegates coming from these areas.

We are within 5 minutes drive from Rotorua airport if you are flying into the city and only a few minutes walk from the shores of Holdens Bay on Lake Rotorua.

We have a large range of accommodation options available to suit any budget. Options available include fully self-contained and serviced Park Motels, fully self-contained units (un-serviced), cabins with kitchens or cost-effective Standard Cabins. 

As Rotorua is New Zealand’s number one tourist destination, there are plenty of attractions and activities for full-day or half-day excursions or team-building exercises. We are always more than happy to offer itinerary-planning assistance or just give you our recommendations in planning these activities for your conference.

Whiteboard, TV with DVD, Flipchart and a data (multi-media) projection screen are supplied. Our facility is also a wireless internet hotspot and time can be purchased on arrival.
